Community Update #2.9

Earlier today, Acting Premier James Merlino announced that the lockdown restrictions currently in place would continue for another seven days.

Our school must remain in remote learning until Thursday 10 June.

While an extension to the lockdown in metropolitan Melbourne is not what we have hoped for, we must all play our part in minimising the risk of this virus spreading further in the Victorian community.

As per Community Update #2.8 tomorrow is a specialist day.

There is one specialist day for all children on Thursday. During this time, teachers plan and prepare lessons and the learning packs for the following week if required. All specialists will upload a program for their current classes onto the specialist pages under the specialist tab on the Learning Community Site.

Teachers will only take one roll call in the morning at 9am.

The class Flexible Learning for Friday 4th June will be on the Learning Community Site by 4pm tomorrow afternoon. The Flexible Learning for next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be on the site by 4pm on Friday afternoon. Teachers and Learning Support Officers will be taking extra groups learning sessions as required.
