Prayer Reflection for this Week
Lord, we ask you to open our eyes
that we may value and appreciate
all people,
recognising what we have in common
rather than focusing
on what our differences might be.
Inspire us to distinguish
between what is important
and what is not,
and open our minds and hearts
that we may always be people
of good will
who bring life and joy to others.

New display outside 2M "Walking in the Footsteps of Jesus" |
All parents and carers are invited to this important event in our school hall on Wednesday night. This is a perfect opportunity to meet all of our staff and to learn how you can support your children with learning for 2017. Please arrive at least ten minutes before hand to receive a lucky ticket for a special prize and to prepare a name sticker.
The plan for the evening will be as follows:
7:00 pm - Welcome and launch of the new St Pat's Learning Community Site and curriculum snapshot with Jenny & Liz
7:10 pm - Staff and leadership introductions
7:20 pm - Move from hall to classrooms to meet with teachers. Teachers will share expectations around learning and follow up important points from their term newsletters.
7:45 pm - Move back to the hall to meet with our specialist teachers and representatives from the Parish Education Board, P & F and Camp Australia
We will be finished by 8pm to allow you to get home to the children.

We are fortunate to be able to welcome one of our wonderful parents, Alicia Ceretto in her professional capacity as 'Historian in Residence' to engage our students in history from Year 1 to Year 6 this term.
